About Hannah

Hello!

Hi, I’m Hannah!

I’m a licensed therapist with a passion for helping people move through anxiety, self-doubt, and the challenges that come with navigating relationships and a busy mind.

I believe therapy works best when it's practical, personal, and free of judgment. My goal is to make sure every session feels like a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

My Approach

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — a research-backed approach that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors — alongside a person-centered style that keeps your goals and values at the center of our work.

I also draw from other methods when they're a better fit for what you're working through. Between sessions, I often share practical tools, resources, and exercises to help you build momentum outside of the therapy room.
